I own a small catering business and was hoping to expand my reach throughout my community. Unfortunately, because of the recent skyrocketing prices of goods, it has hit me hard. Like many others, I had to find ways to cut costs, improve efficiency, and get orders coming in just to keep my business running.
I would be lying if I said finding clients for my catering business wasn’t extremely difficult. Not only was finding leads a major challenge for me, but finding the right ones was a whole other world. I was proactive in my community, attending events and sponsoring meetings that I believed in, but none of that effort had converted into sales.
So I went to an online platform that sells SaaS tools to search for a solution. I grabbed my laptop and searched for lead generation, and there I found Sendvilla at the top of the results at the time. Well, to be fair, I did check out other lead generation tools, but this one had caught my attention the most.
When I compared Sendvilla to other lead generation tools, I immediately noticed the difference in pricing. While some tools charge $50 for unlimited searches per month, this wasn’t doing it for my budget, and those tools lacked a feature to sort unique leads. That’s where Sendvilla stood out, with their offer of 50 credits for just $9. They use a credit-based system that I very much appreciate. The system only deducts one credit per unique lead found, without any deductions for unsuccessful searches. This approach made it very flexible for me to budget, saved me money, and allowed me to find the leads I needed.
The dashboard looks simple and a bit outdated, but you will gradually get used to it as it is one of the simplest user experiences I’ve found (and I think they have already updated how it looks). I would love it if this tool were the most complete tool out there, but there is still room for improvement. I would love it if they had a feature to scrape databases from social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and the likes. It would be pretty amazing if it had that.
Overall, I have to say that Sendvilla has been a lifesaver for my catering business. It has helped me find leads and expand my reach throughout my community, all while staying within my budget. The ease of use and affordability of this tool make it an excellent choice for any small business owner looking to expand their reach and find new clients.
